Spicerhaart Sales Hire Hunter as Account Manager – Mortgage Strategy

Spicerhaart Sales has appointed David Hunter as Account Manager.

Hunter brings nearly forty years of experience and market knowledge from the company sales team in mortgage and real estate markets and relationship management.

He joined from Rockstead, where he worked as Senior Business Development Manager for two years.

Prior to that, Hunter spent more than six years on NATWEST Intermediary Solutions (NWIS), starting with a company account manager in the NWIS management team responsible for risk, compliance and governance, and business development, and more recently as a real estate risk and proposal manager as a credit strategy.

For eight years, he also worked within the third-party supplier management team (Debt Management) at UKAR, which was founded to manage the assets of Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley.

Hunter will work closely with clients in the new position, including major banks, construction societies and mortgage lenders, to support the management of their portfolio.

He will work with all parties to ensure that stocks or any non-performing assets are effectively managed through appropriate exit strategies.
