Within its fixed-rate standard commercial mortgage scope, Atom Bank has lowered interest rates by 0.25%, effective immediately.
Now, the new application rate for commercial investment cases starts at 5.88%, while for cases occupied by commercial owners, the interest rate is 5.68%, based on LTV’s 45% or lower.
In all cases between £1 million and £4 million, interest rates can be reduced by 0.25%.
“Atom Bank will be on the go to provide better value for brokers and their clients,” said Tom Renwick, head of Atom Banking.
“This reduced price applies to our real estate investments and trading commercial mortgage fixed rates, which means businesses can benefit from the security of fixed rates and lower costs.”
