Vida has added a range of home loans for foreign nationals living and working in the UK, up to 90% of the loan value.
This is a 75% increase in LTV for professional lenders for these borrowers.
It also expands its list of acceptable visa types to expand the proposition.
Lenders will accept EU, EEA and Swiss national visas.
It will also accept several other visas, including skilled workers, health and caregivers and innovator founders.
