Keystone Seals £400 million BTL Securitization – Mortgage Strategy

Keystone Property Finance has completed securitization of £400 million in purchase loans.

Professional buy lender experts say its Hops Hill No.5 loan package includes £80 million in pre-funding, seeing “significant overcontracting” throughout the capital stack.

A-level AAA notes are priced at the Sonia-Plus-73-Basis point and are oversubscribed twice.

The lender added: “Price and demand reflect investors’ confidence in the UK BTL sector and the high quality of Keystone’s underlying portfolio.”

The loan package is the fifth securitization of the company since its first deal in January 2021.

Elise Coole, managing director of Keystone Property Finance, said: “Strong investor demand reflects the consistency of our loans and the strength of our Hops Hill program.

“With every transaction, we have shown strong performance, strong underwriting and good credit quality, giving investors confidence in our claims and our position as lenders.”
