Northbrook, Illinois, July 1, 2025 – Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) today completed the sale of its group health business for $1.25 billion.

“The sale of collective health is expected to generate about $500 million in financial revenue,” said Jess Merten, chief financial officer of Allstate.
