Mortgage platform SMARTR365 has launched workflow software tools for home loan consultants and companies.
The business says its Smartrflow software allows companies to build their own workflows, which will integrate with the platform’s existing case management, automation and compliance systems.
It added that the new tools allow companies to build custom workflows for residential or purchase cases and encourage consistency in internal teams.
“We’re not telling companies how to sell. We provide them with tools to automate how they work, no matter what,” said Conor Murphy, CEO of Smartr365.
Last week, Smartr365 said it had completed automation of NATWest’s personal mortgage travel, which the company said would “simplify” the work practice for brokers.
The customer relationship management software company said it made fully automated decisions and full mortgage applications in principle during all personal mortgage travel for high street lenders.
