  • There is not a lot of relevant quality content to communicate employer brands (73%)
  • No passwordless work cart or favorites feature that allows candidates to save work searches (68%)
  • No video content featuring employee proofs demonstrates company culture (31%)

“There is a clear gap between companies that experiment with AI and those who really use their power to accelerate the talent acquisition process and transform candidate participation by transpersonalizing,” John Harrington, senior director of product marketing at Phenom, said in a statement.
