Erie Insurance is currently working to address a wide range of network disruptions that disrupted its operations and affected customers in 12 states and Washington, D.C., and computer systems have been declining since Sunday, June 8, preventing customers from filing claims through traditional digital channels, accessing online accounts or contacting customer service.
