Available 24/7,,,,, The tool ensures that help is always just a click-free-to-wait for working hours to get the help you need. Just enter a question like “How to install the ezlynx Outlook plugin?” or “How to set up an automated email for your client’s birthday?” EVA will use the latest information to clearly guide you through it. You can also view a list of suggestions tips to help spark ideas or guide your first search if you are unsure what to ask.
You can access product help tools from anywhere in Ezlynx by selecting the “ask eva” option, by clicking the AI icon in the top menu bar, or by using the AI icon in the Help Center. Once opened, click the Ask me anything about ezlynx button to start.
And, when you find the answers that are particularly useful (or not entirely correct), you can help everyone improve the tool by using the simple thumb or thumb folding option to provide direct feedback on the EVA answer.
