The envelope has appointed Adrian Wickham as chief business officer.
Wickham brings experience from multiple departments including construction, landscaping, legal services and corporate development.
He joined the British Landscape Industry Association’s envelope.
In his new role, Wickham will be responsible for leading the company’s business strategy and improve the quality of engagement with strategy introducers, broker partners and distribution networks.
“Adrian brings new perspectives and excellent track record in leading high-performance teams in complex industries,” said Myles Williams, CEO of the envelope.
“His appointment reflects our commitment to long-term, relationship-led growth, investing not only within the finance but also in the way we serve and support our introducers, lenders and clients.”
