Parker joined the MIB Board in May 2023, leading the global life operations of Pan American Life Insurance Group in Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States. He also oversees several affiliated entities of the company. Baude has been a board member since 2019, and he holds senior operations and technical positions at CNO Financial Group, Univita Health, LTCG and TSYS.
