Former Chief Operating Officer of the Equity Issuance Committee Joins Stock Issuance Group – Mortgage Strategy
Donna Francis, former chief operating officer of the Equity Issuance Committee, has joined the Equity Promient Group as a non-executive director.
Later Life Brokers said Francis (pictured) would focus on “expanding the accessibility of using property wealth as a catalyst required by financial planning while helping to raise the standards across the industry.”
Francis served as Chief Operating Officer for the Stock Issuance Committee for ten years, responsible for development operations, regulatory policies, industry standard setting, membership propositions, corporate governance and financial controls.
Prior to that, she took the lead in high-profile projects across the industry, including the merger of the Life Insurance Association and the Association of Financial Advisors to establish the Personal Finance Association, and then the Association of Mortgage Professionals in a 30-year career.
