Step 8. Get intermediate credentials
Candidates with CEBS titles can choose to take only GBA or RPA courses and become group welfare assistants or retirement plan assistants respectively. To become a certified employee welfare expert, candidates must take all five courses. In addition to becoming a fully qualified CEB, completing all five courses makes candidates a benefit of GBA and RPA.
