Skipton Group has hired Susan Fouquier as the next CEO of Skipton International.
Fouquier is currently the Director of Institutional Banking at Royal Bank of Scotland at Natwest.
She worked at NATWEST for 25 years, during which time she gained extensive offshore experience in institutional banking throughout the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man.
Fouquier, who lives in Guernsey, also joined the executive committee of the Skipton Group.
Skipton Group owns real estate companies from Skipton Building Society, Skipton International and Connell.
Skipton International President Eric Barnett said: “she [Fouquier] She brings a wealth of knowledge about Channel Island banking, while also having a key passion for colleagues to engage, diversity and inclusion.
“She has a track record that can link purpose and strategy to people and support them to bring it to life.”
“I recognize my long history of providing high-quality products and services to our customers, and I firmly believe in the purpose and direction of the organization,” Foggier added.
The company said Jonathan Dell, chief financial officer of Skipton International, will serve as interim CEO of Coupe leaving with Fouquier Start.
