Perenna Bank has confirmed its warehouse facilities with ABN Amro Bank to be updated and expanded.
Perenna announced its initial warehouse credit line with ABN AMRO Bank in April 2024. Perenna will see its £200 million warehouse renewal in July 2026 as part of its expanded deal with the Bank of Netherlands.

“This funding facility allows us to provide more loans to develop, deploy and support the innovative products needed by the market to face our ongoing housing affordability crisis and to violate our mission to create a happy homeowner country.”
