South Carolina overhaul insurance companies overhaul to meet NAIC certification standards

Confidentiality regulations have been significantly strengthened to cover everything from collective capital ratios to liquidity stress test results that must remain confidential and must not be disclosed, subpoenaed or used in any private civil proceedings. The law expressly prohibits marketing or public comparison of these results unless the public statements of substantial errors are corrected.
