United Trust Bank (UTB) has appointed Alex Tyrwhitt as Director – a new role in Structural Property Solutions, who will lead a structured team of real estate financing and strategic partners.
Tyrwhitt has been working in the UK real estate industry since 2007. He is a chartered surveyor, a former RICS registered appraiser, and has previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton, GE Capital and HSBC. Prior to joining UTB, he spent eight years at Octane Capital as Structural Finance Director.
Director Tyrwhitt will report to UTB’s chief business officer Mark Stokes and work closely with founder and director of sales Gerard Morgan Jackson, director of structured real estate financing and strategic partnerships Ben Peters.
