Lendinvest Mortgages has promoted Leanne Ardron to Managing Director of Short Term Loans, and Steve Larkin is Managing Director of Development Finance.
Prior to the promotion, Ardron and Larkin served as heads of bridge and development finance directors respectively.
Ardron and Larkin will oversee Lendinvest’s growth in both areas, including regulated and unregulated bridge loans, bridge-to-LET loans, and development financing covering a range of projects, including new buildings, remodeling, renovations and conversions.
Ardron has been at Lendinvest since the company was founded in 2013 and has served as Operations Director and Sales Director for Bridges, Development and Purchasing.
Her most recent positions include seats in the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Larkin joined Lendinvest in 2015 and has been managing the company’s existing portfolio and leading financing of development projects throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
His new role also includes a seat at the company’s SLT.
