Dublin-based mortgage platform Lendwell aims to launch its broker app.
Its AI-nature software (which meets home loans and protection products) – scans, classifies and analyzes key documents to reduce 10-hour application processing to a few minutes.
The company has added a platform’s machine learning algorithm that can assess credit, identify risk factors and mark potential non-compliance issues.
However, the business, founded by founders Jamie Lawless and Cathal O’Brien, is already expanding in the UK.
Lawless, CEO of Lendwell, said: “We have gained a significant attraction in Ireland and now see a huge opportunity in the UK that benefits mortgage brokers and their clients.
“By simplifying the staking process through our AI-driven solutions, we have seen brokers increase productivity by triple, making their business efficient and sustainable expansion easier.”
The company provided no further signs about the UK release schedule.
The business also offers lead generation, customer relationship management and workflow software and is charged in a way that is used.
