Mpowered Alexa Style Robot answers all calls – Mortgage Strategy

Mpowered has expanded its role as an Alexa-style digital assistant to answer all brokerage calls.
A sound-activated AI call handler can respond to some common queries related to standards, but transfers brokers to human agents to get a case-specific problem.
Previously, the AI Assistant processed some broker calls made through a dedicated phone line, but now it will make all inbound calls to lenders.
“This is just one way we use AI to improve our broker journey,” said Stuart Cheetham, CEO of Mpower.
“As lenders, we should focus on providing the best service to our brokerage partners, which is another way we do this.
“Now, brokers who work with us can focus their time on more complex client case issues instead of wasting time at the end of the phone line, waiting for simple answers to the standards-related questions.”
