“The only way AI can succeed in an organization is beyond being a tool people use to write and query, if you prepare for it,” Schreiber said. “Like people, it needs training. It needs feedback. It needs management. It requires people to look at the shoulder and say ‘yes’ and ‘no. If you build that platform, AI adoption will come.”
