The Leeds Building Society cut selected fixed-rate deals by up to 46 basis points tonight.
The lender will update its price at midnight tonight.
It will also reduce the fixed interest rate selected by new customers by 21 basis points.
New fixed-rate transactions are being introduced and some final dates are being extended.
But the lender has not disclosed all the details of the new price yet.
This is starting tomorrow as Natwest announced an earlier reduction of 24 basis points.
In the NATWest change, the five-year fixed interest rate is 90% Loan-to-value (LTV), the product fee is £995, and the £250 cashback is reduced to 24bps to 4.75%.
