Meal fee on Monday: This week’s dinner (and our menu plan!)

You all like the meals I made last week and ask more, so I will try my best to share these!

This weekend, I made something for our dinner (plus some extra interesting things!). It’s great to make dinner most of this week!

What do I do for meals

Fried corn cake meat (2 pounds of brown beef and a pack of fried corn cake seasonings-I put a piece of brown beef without fried corn cake seasoning, this week Silas can enjoy lunch this week. I also for Italian noodles Fixed a little.

Pasta casserole (Sprinkle jams and brown beef and cheese and eggs and cheese cheese on the noodles of Italian noodles. Sprinkle more cheese, 30 minutes or bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or get until foam.)

Ham and beans (I mixed with cans and some ham in the refrigerator-in the past 5 months, I was selling everything. I boiled it for about 10 minutes, then put down the heat, and then cooked for 30 minutes. .

Self -made biscuits (The result is really good-recipes later this week!)

Cinnamonca (If you like the taste of cinnamon rolls, but the susceptibility of muffins is a good choice! I will soon share the recipe!)

Healthy peanut sauce protein ball (They are so healthy-PB powder, apple sauce and protein powder-what surprises me is that their taste is as delicious as they!!! I will also share the recipe soon!)

Menu Plan this week

Sunday -Shiler eggs, chicken sausages, fresh apples/carrots/orange juice

on Monday -Ham and beans (have been made), honey corn bread and apple slices

Tuesday -Exana noodle casserole (manufactured), self -made roll, steamed vegetables

Wednesday -Catherine 20th birthday dinner

Thursday -Inned naked chicken nuggets, homemade bread, TATER eggs, steamed vegetables, apple sauce

Friday -Fried corn cake bowl-fried corn cake meat, rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese and homemade corn cake

Saturday -On leftovers or frozen pizza
