Canada Life Asset Management has appointed Robin James as its new head of UK real estate.
James brings experience in private practice consulting and institutional real estate fund management.
Prior to joining LaSalle Investment Management, he was head of UK and Ireland trading.
Prior to joining Lasalle in 2017, he was head of real estate investments at a Sharia-compliant commercial bank and director of the capital markets team at JLL.
James takes on the new role, succeeding Michael White, who retired in December.
