Market Financial Solutions has promoted 54 team members, including several to senior management positions.
The London-based specialist lender currently has 158 staff and has confirmed promotions across its business development, IT, relationship management, underwriting and marketing teams.
Karen Rodrigues, head of sales since January 2024, has been promoted to chief sales officer. Richard Saunders and Thomas Gill have been appointed as regional sales managers, while Devin Grantham, George Collins and Jonathan Williams have all been appointed as business development executive team leaders. Leah Brunskill, who has been with the company since 2019, has also been named associate director of marketing.
Within Legal and Compliance, Ryan Magee has been promoted to chief risk officer and other roles in underwriting, Scott Lord has been appointed deputy chief credit officer and Jemima Hayes is now deputy head of underwriting.
