Twenty7tec launches Natwest integration – mortgage strategy to all Velocity users

Twenty7tec announces that it has successfully integrated Natwest into the APPLY module.

The collaboration is expected to streamline intermediaries’ research and application processes by eliminating the need to re-enter data and navigate multiple systems.

Through the integration, Velocity platform users will be able to submit Decisions in Principle (DiP) and Full Mortgage Applications (FMA) to Natwest via APPLY, and will be able to download DiP certificates, upload required client documents, make client card payments and receive payments via APPLY Manage case updates and decisions.

This end-to-end integration has been piloted by Connells Group and the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) and is now being rolled out to all Velocity users.

Commenting on the integration, Nathan Reilly, client relations director at Twenty7tec, said: “With advisers still having to deal with regular product and rate changes, it’s fair to say advisers have greater responsibility than ever before for speed and certainty, while still having to maintain Same level of accuracy.

“By seamlessly passing data from research process to submission, the integration between APPLY and NatWest meets the needs of advisors by providing a more efficient and robust submission process, while giving them more time to help clients navigate the ongoing Changing markets.
